GIVEN THE ONE-OF-ONE NATURE OF EACH ITEM, NOT PASSÉ DEEMS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES, ON ANY PURCHASES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF MISREPRESENTATION FROM OUR LISTING OR AUTHENTICITY CONCERNS.


EACH ITEM LISTED BY NOT PASSÉ IS CAREFULLY INSPECTED, AUTHENTICATED, AND PHOTOGRAPHED IN DETAIL TO ACCURATELY REPRESENT ITS CONDITION. WE ENCOURAGE CUSTOMERS TO REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY PRIOR TO PURCHASING. PRODUCT PHOTOS FORM PART OF THE ITEM DESCRIPTION. A RETURN WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MISREPRESENTED FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHS AND DESCRIPTION PROVIDED IN THE LISTING. TO QUALIFY:

• YOU MUST PROVIDE CLEAR PHOTO OR VIDEO EVIDENCE VIA EMAIL DEMONSTRATING THE MISREPRESENTATION.
• EVIDENCE MUST BE COMPARED AGAINST THE PRE-SHIPMENT PACKAGING AND CONDITION DOCUMENTATION RECORDED BY NOT PASSÉ BEFORE DISPATCH.


CLAIMS FOR MISREPRESENTATION MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY.

IF THE ITEM IS CONFIRMED TO BE MISREPRESENTED, A RETURN AND REFUND WILL BE ARRANGED. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED.


ITEMS SHOWING SIGNS OF WEAR, USE, OR ALTERATION AFTER DELIVERY WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND.

ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WITH TRACKING, WHICH IS PROVIDED VIA EMAIL. NOT PASSÉ IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• CUSTOMS DELAYS;
• DELIVERY DELAYS;
• LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS ONCE HANDED TO THE COURIER.

ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN HANDED TO THE SHIPPING CARRIER, DELIVERY IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COURIER.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING ANY CLAIMS OR REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS DIRECTLY WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER ASSIGNED TO THEIR PARCEL. NOT PASSÉ CAN PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WITH CONTACTING WITH THE COURIER IF NEEDED.


BY COMPLETING A PURCHASE WITH NOT PASSÉ, THE CUSTOMER CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE REVIEWED THE ITEM DESCRIPTION, CONDITION PHOTOS, AND ALL STORE POLICIES PRIOR TO CHECKOUT.

AUTHENTICITY

IN THE UNLIKELY CIRCUMSTANCE THAT YOU MAY BELIEVE AN ITEM IS NOT AUTHENTIC, NOT PASSÉ REQUIRES AUTHENTICITY CLAIMS TO BE SUPPORTED BY A WRITTEN REPORT FROM A RECOGNISED THIRD-PARTY AUTHENTICATION SERVICE OR FROM THE DESIGNER BRAND. AUTHENTICITY CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 1 WEEK (7 DAYS) OF DELIVERY TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE TIME TO HAVE THE ITEM EXAMINED AND ASSESSED TO DETERMINE ITS AUTHENTICITY.

THE WRITTEN AUTHENTICATION REPORT MUST CLEARLY STATE THAT THE ITEM IS NOT AUTHENTIC AND MUST BE ISSUED BY A RECOGNISED AND REPUTABLE AUTHENTICATION PROVIDER.

OPINIONS FROM ONLINE FORUMS, SOCIAL MEDIA, OR UNVERIFIED SOURCES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AS VALID AUTHENTICATION EVIDENCE.

IF AN ITEM IS CONFIRMED TO BE INAUTHENTIC BY A RECOGNISED AUTHENTICATION SERVICE OR THE DESIGNER BRAND, NOT PASSÉ WILL ARRANGE A RETURN AND ISSUE A FULL REFUND.

THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED. IN THE EVENT THE ITEM RETURNED IS NOT IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED, THE RETURN WILL BE REJECTED.

EXCHANGES

DUE TO THE ONE-OF-A-KIND NATURE OF OUR ITEMS, WE GENERALLY DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. IN LIMITED CIRCUMSTANCES, AN EXCHANGE MAY BE CONSIDERED IF AN ITEM HAS BEEN MISREPRESENTED BASED ON THE ITEM'S LISTING AT TIME OF SALE.

TO QUALIFY FOR AN EXCHANGE:

• YOU MUST CONTACT NOT PASSÉ WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY;
• CLEAR PHOTO OR VIDEO EVIDENCE MUST BE PROVIDED SHOWING THE MISREPRESENTATION; AND
• THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS RECEIVED.


IF THE CLAIM IS APPROVED, THE CUSTOMER MAY BE OFFERED:

• AN EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY), OR
• A STORE CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF THE PURCHASE.


NOT PASSÉ RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DENY ANY EXCHANGE REQUEST.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MAY BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

REFUNDS

REFUNDS ARE ONLY ISSUED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:

• THE PURCHASED ITEM IS NO LONGER IN STOCK;
• THE ITEM IS DETERMINED TO BE INAUTHENTIC;
• NOT PASSÉ IS UNABLE TO SHIP THE ORDER TO THE CUSTOMER FOR ANY REASON.

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED AT CHECKOUT. PLEASE ALLOW STANDARD PROCESSING TIMES DEPENDING ON YOUR BANK OR PAYMENT PROVIDER.
